  • We strive to provide excellent routine and emergency care for our clients and patients. In order to do so Great Falls Equine only provides emergency services to current clients. A ‘Current Client’ has a zero account balance and their horse's have had a physical examination and vaccinations performed by Great Falls Equine within a calendar year.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards as payment. Any account unpaid by 30 days will be subject to finance charges at an interest rate of 1.5% monthly (18% APR ) or the minimum monthly finance charge of $15, whichever is greater. Any account unpaid 90 days after date of invoice will be submitted for judgment of debt and/or collections. All reasonable collection and legal fees required to obtain payment for services will be charged to the client. A $35 fee will be applied for each returned check.

  • If you have an unpaid balance on your account, no further elective or emergency services or goods will be provided to you until your account is made current.

  • The owner or a qualified handler must be present at the appointment.

  • Notice of cancellations must be given at least 24 hours in advance- if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us via phone or email within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

  • If the doctor arrives to your farm for a scheduled appointment and you are a no-show, you will still be responsible for any call fees assessed. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment and fail to contact the doctor will be considered no-shows and be asked to reschedule, out of courtesy to those clients scheduled later in the day.

  • Call charges vary in accordance with location and, if prearranged, reduced for clients at the same address.
