Payment is due at the time of service and can be received as cash, check, or credit card.

The owner or a qualified handler must be present at the appointment.

Notice of cancellations must be given at least 24 hours in advance- if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us via phone or email within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

If the doctor arrives to your farm for a scheduled appointment and you are a no-show, you will still be responsible for any call fees assessed. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment and fail to contact the doctor will be considered no-shows and be asked to reschedule, out of courtesy to those clients scheduled later in the day.

Call charges vary in accordance with location and, if prearranged, reduced for clients at the same address.
